Easter Fun

Jason thinks it's so funny that I get more excited about holidays than Justin does still. I love dying Easter Eggs and we had lots of fun doing it while Justin was napping (I wasn't brave enough to deal with him trying to drink the dye or dying himself colors the day before church). So I just let him play with the stickers later. (: Jason discovered that if you rub butter in weird designs on your egg before you dye it, it creates a really cool tie-dye effect. I wish I would have thought to take a picture.
Anyways, Justin was pretty excited to wake up from his nap and realize he had a table full of bubbles, sidewalk chalk and CANDY! He quickly figured out that if you throw the plastic eggs on the ground jelly beans will pop out, and I quickly discovered 1 or 2 eggs would have been PLENTY of sugar!

We love the Dollar Tree!

Justin Especially Loved their Malted Milk eggs!

We did all our Easter fun on Saturday which happened to be the most beautiful day we've had since getting back to Rexburg. The sun was actually shining and the wind wasn't blowing too bad so we took the stroller to the park down the street and tried to soak up all the sun we could before the cold weather and snow returned. Rexburg has a lot of parks, and we were the only ones at this one, so Justin got to run free and wild. He really thought he was in Heaven.
We played on this thing for a good hour. Justin drew all over it with sidewalk chalk (that's not graffiting if it washed off in the rain is it?)  He's really gotten into this "I'm so big" attitude and decided to push the thing all by himself while Jason layed on it. One of the cutest things I've ever seen.

Justin's only really been on the little kid plastic slide's and was completely mesmerized by this very large, slightly dangerous looking slide. He climbed up the entire thing by himself (with his daddy standing behind him just in case.) I'm really not sure how I feel about our little boy getting so darn big!
Ready!
Set!
Go!
This is what I call enjoying the park!!! I forgot how much I absolutely adore sunshine! I could have laid there all day. (Well at least until the cold/windy rain came about an hour later)
